Congratulations to Katie & Ryan!
I cannot even begin to say how obsessed I am with how this wedding came out. Katie had a very clear view of what her day was going to be. From notes of their love to traveling, to bright pinks, and even the simplest touches on the cocktail napkins, Katie knew what she wanted. Katie and Ryan picked the Omni Bedford Springs because of Ryan's love for golf as well as providing a wonderful weekend for all of their guests. Each detail was planned out especially the cake as to highlight their love of travel and readiness to explore the world together!
This wedding at the Omni Homestead in PA has to be one of our favorites. Why? Because everything looks better in pink. From the amazing tall centerpieces, to Katie's bouquet, and even the small cocktail minis, were all pink. This elegant celebration is all a Wedding Designer can ask for. An amazing organized bride, fun groomsmen, and a beautiful venue combined with amazing vendors. That's what made this wedding fantastic.
We were honored to create this celebration of sophistication, and elegance for Katie & Ryan. Our team cannot even begin to pick our favorite moment from this weekend. One of the top moments comes to our mind has to be Katie & bridesmaids popping champagne to celebrate the day!
Katie & Ryan's ceremony was held on the stunning tranquil Spa Lawn where a relaxing atmosphere greeted guests. Katie walked down the aisle where one of the most stunning gowns ever. Ryan as well as everyone else was in tears as we saw Katie walk down the aisle. Her family and friends gathered to see this day come to life. It was a truly perfect ceremony with beautiful weather, joyful poems read by family, and tears from everyone.
The best detail of the ceremony had to be the surprise of Katie wearing a veil. The look on Ryan's face was speechless.
Cocktail hour was a sophisticated occasions with beautifully arranged appetizers and a specialty bar for Katie & Ryan. There was photo booth fun inside while outside a A string quartet played for the guests who enjoyed cocktail hour on the porch of the Omni. Beautiful Pink Cocktail Mini's were scattered throughout the space adding just a hint of pink to this pink filled day.
The reception was a beautiful finale to an already amazing day. It was held in one of the Omni's many ballrooms. The view was incredible. Each door in the ballroom lead to the adjoining wrap around porch as well as the corridor where cocktail hour was held. The Omni curated a stunning plated meal with elegance in every bite. The food was perfection as well as the overall atmosphere created by the guests gathered to celebrate Katie & Ryan.
The cake was a nod to Katie & Ryan's love of travel, gold details outlining all of the countries. Katie & Ryan are ready for their Adventure to Begin!
Tearful toasts were given, laughs were shared, and most importantly, everyone danced!
Katie and Ryan's send off was nothing short of magical with guests lined on the grand staircase as Katie & Ryan exited to bubbles. It was truly spectacular, and we were so glad we got to be part of this special day.
