Garden Collection Details
How Far in Advance Should I Place My Order? The Garden Collection orders require a minimum of 7-10 days advance notice to ensure seasonal flower availability and thoughtful design.
Additions Additional arrangements, bouquets, or floral pieces may be added based on availability and production schedule. We recommend requesting additions at least 7 days prior to your event date.
Where Can I Pick Up My Flower Order? Pickup is FREE. We accept pickups at our studio in Madison County by appointment only. Weekdays from 10AM-5PM.
Customizations Garden Collection offerings are designed as curated seasonal floral palettes. Minor color adjustments may be accommodated where possible while maintaining the overall garden-inspired aesthetic. For fully custom floral design services, please inquire separately.
Do You Offer Delivery? Yes. Delivery is available within 35 miles of our studio, and throughout Virginia. Delivery rates begin at $50 and vary based on your location and size of the order. Farm & Fields is not responsible for the set-up of any floral arrangements at the delivery site unless prior arrangements have been made in advance.
Flower Care Flowers should be kept in fresh water and away from direct heat and sunlight. Care instructions will be included with all pickup and delivery orders to help blooms remain fresh throughout your event. Farm and Fields is not responsible for the care and condition of floral arrangements after delivery has been made.
Cancellations and Refunds All cancellations must be requested no less than 7 days prior to scheduled pickup or delivery. Orders cancelled within 7 days of fulfillment are non-refundable due to advance flower purchasing and preparation.
